Verification of Posting of EL Pupil and Parent/Guardian Rights
By the deadline of Friday, August 1, 2025, all Clark County School District (CCSD) public and charter schools that enroll ELs are required to post a copy of the rights described in AB 195 on their school websites in as many languages as possible, reflective of their student population. Available translations are provided on the English Language Learner Division (ELLD) website.
